Our story
We started with a simple frustration
Talent Archive began when a small group of recruiters kept meeting the same problem: capable, motivated people were being passed over simply because they had no experience yet. Employers wanted ready-made hires; candidates could not get experience without a first chance.
So we built an agency around that first chance. Instead of screening people out, we look for potential, then invest in training before the placement. Today we work with employers across Nigeria, Kenya and Egypt, and increasingly across the wider Middle East, to fill entry-level roles with people who are ready to grow.
Our mission is straightforward: open doors for early-career talent, and make sure the people we place are set up to succeed once they walk through them.
